I’m a licensed real estate broker in California (since 2006), but I’ve been an active investor since 2000. Although I am a licensed broker, I no longer represent buyers and sellers in their purchases. My sole focus is operating our real estate investment business.
I’ve handled pretty much every specialty of real estate you can imagine over the years including listing and developing luxury properties, listing REO’s and short sales, and working with investors. I’ve been involved with 1000’s of real estate transactions in my career and I look forward to tens of thousands more!

Heather Reese
I consider myself the glue that holds our family business together. I spend my time doing the “non-glamorous” activities of bookkeeping, paperwork, and more.
In the past I was a licensed real estate agent myself, but I realized that I didn’t love that side of the real estate business, so I stay behind the scenes now.
I’m also a family lifestyle and travel blogger and have been for over 15 years at our site ItsALovelyLife.com (check it out if you have a minute)!
My passion is family, travel, and of course, real estate too!
